Remember your Bluetooth audio is off during all of this. The speaker won't play but it's ON when plugged in. It says it's fully charged and also the power light and all charging lights come on when plugged in. 
I tried holding in every button combo possible and nothing no longer will power on or react at all. It will do the same thing everytime I hit the power button.
Now when I hit power to get it to come back on the charging LED lights in front briefly flash on once (no longer plays the ON sound) and then nothing. but apparently doing that bricked my speaker. So I powered it on then I held the power button and + button for 30 seconds and it powered down. I read you need to factory reset the device in order to do this. I wanted to factory reset my charge 3 so I could get it to forget all it's previous parings and main pair it with a new device. So this morning my charge 3 was working fine no problems.
